All non-retired software products are under continuous development. All product enhancements provided absolutely free of charge for one year from product purchase. Fixes targeting reliability issues are free for the product life-cycle. Bug fixes are provided absolutely free of charge during the lifetime of the product version. All upgrades without major version increment are provided absolutely free of charge. These upgrades including minor modifications and other customers' requests.  

Beep Telecommunications and Computing Limited offers free e-mail and telephone support during working hours (CET) for one year from product purchase. This support includes remote determination and fixing of problems which may happen because of misadministration. After the first 12 months we offer this service in yearly packages in at resonable price. Beep Telecommunications and Computing Limited also offers 7/24 telephone support. This support has a reasonable price, please contact us for more details.
